1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Find your neurotype, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services. These Terms are governed by French law and comply with EU consumer protection regulations.
2. Service Description
Find your neurotype provides:
- Free validated neurodevelopmental screening tests (ADHD, Autism, IQ, Sensory, etc.)
- Optional paid PDF reports with AI interpretation by Claude (Anthropic) — €9.99
- Free client-side DNA genetic marker analysis (no data leaves your browser)
- Educational blog content about neurodevelopment
⚠️ All screening tests are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or professional advice.
3. Eligibility & Minors
You must be at least 16 years old to use Find your neurotype (GDPR digital consent age in France).
For health-related screening tests (ADHD, Autism, Depression, etc.), which involve special category data under GDPR Article 9, we recommend users be 18 or over, or have the prior explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. By completing a screening test, you confirm that you meet this requirement or have obtained such consent.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact privacy@findyourneurotype.com if you believe a minor has submitted data.

4. Orders, Payment & Right of Withdrawal
- 💳 Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card number, CVV, or banking details.
- 💶 All prices are in Euros (€), taxes included.
⚖️ Right of Withdrawal Waiver — EU Directive 2011/83 Art. 16(m) / French Law Art. L221-28
PDF reports are digital content delivered immediately upon payment. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with your prior express consent. You acknowledge this waiver via a mandatory checkbox on the Stripe checkout page before payment is processed.
Technical failure exception: If we cannot deliver your report due to a technical error on our side, we will issue a full refund. Contact support@findyourneurotype.com within 7 days.

5. Intellectual Property
All site content (design, algorithms, AI prompts, text, logos) is owned by J. Stephan / Find your neurotype / ExploreYourDNA and protected by copyright law. You own the PDF reports generated from your test results and may share or print them freely. The ASRS-v1.1 is developed by the WHO. The AQ-10 is developed by Simon Baron-Cohen et al., University of Cambridge.
6. Medical Disclaimer
⚠️ Find your neurotype is NOT a medical service. Tests are screening tools based on validated clinical instruments — they are not diagnostic. Results must not replace professional evaluation. Genetic marker associations are statistical in nature and do not predict individual outcomes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Only upload DNA data that belongs to you or for which you have explicit authorization
- Not use our services for any illegal purpose
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find your neurotype is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for decisions made based on test results or genetic marker analysis.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts. EU consumers retain all applicable EU consumer protection rights.
