Explain My Brain: a One-Page Guide for the People Around Me
Fill it in, hand it to a partner, parent, friend or manager. What helps, what does not, how to spot overload. An instruction manual, not an excuse.
Most conflicts around a neurodivergent brain come from the other person guessing. This page replaces guessing with instructions. Be specific: 'send me the agenda the day before' is useful, 'be patient' is not.
