Find your neurotype is operated by J. Stephan (SIRET 511 058 869 00013), the same sole proprietorship behind ExploreYourDNA, based in Pornichet, France. Both sites share the same legal entity and data controller.

We collect only the minimum data necessary:

Account holders (optional):

• Name — to personalize your experience
• Email address — to send your PDF report and notifications
• Birth year and gender (optional) — to calibrate IQ norming scores

We do NOT collect or store:

• Raw DNA data (100% client-side, never uploaded)
• Credit card or payment details (handled entirely by Stripe)
• Precise location data

Legal basis: GDPR Article 9(2)(a) — Your explicit consent, given via the consent modal displayed before each test. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@findyourneurotype.com.

Purpose: Generating your personal screening report only. Health data is never used for advertising, insurance, employment, or any purpose beyond delivering your report.

Retention: Guest session health data (no account): deleted after 30 days. Account holder health data: retained until you request deletion.

We use your data only for:

• Delivering your PDF report by email after payment
• Account management and authentication
• Customer support communications
• IQ score calibration (birth year only, never shared externally)

We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or banking details. We only receive confirmation of payment status and a transaction reference.

We share your data only with essential service providers:

• Stripe — secure payment processing
• Brevo — email delivery for PDF reports
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI report generation — receives only anonymized test scores, no personal identifiers

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact: privacy@findyourneurotype.com

We use two categories of cookies:

📊 Analytics cookies (optional — requires your consent):

• Google Analytics (G-MME1WHHY2F) — Measures page visits and user behaviour to help us improve the site. Only activated if you choose 'Accept all' in the cookie banner. You can opt out at any time by clicking 'Essential only' in the banner or clearing localStorage.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2: analytics are fully blocked until you explicitly opt in. No data is collected on users who select 'Essential only'.

Our services are intended for users aged 16 and over (age of GDPR digital consent in France, Art. 9 of CNIL Law). For health-related data (screening tests), we recommend users be 18 or over, or have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted data, please contact privacy@findyourneurotype.com and we will delete it immediately.
