Your DNA never leaves your browser

The Free DNA Analyzer processes your genetic file 100% locally. No DNA data is ever uploaded, stored, or transmitted to our servers.

1. Who We Are

FindYourNeurotype is operated by J. Stephan (SIRET 511 058 869 00013), the same sole proprietorship behind ExploreYourDNA, based in Pornichet, France. Both sites share the same legal entity and data controller.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary:

Account holders (optional):

Name — to personalize your experience
Email address — to send your PDF report and notifications
Birth year and gender (optional) — to calibrate IQ norming scores

We do NOT collect or store:

Raw DNA data (100% client-side, never uploaded)
Credit card or payment details (handled entirely by Stripe)
Sensitive health data beyond anonymized test scores
Precise location data

3. DNA Data — Zero Server Contact

✅ Our Free DNA Analyzer is 100% client-side. Your file is read by JavaScript in your browser, SNP markers are extracted in memory, results are displayed, and all data is cleared when you close or refresh the page. Nothing is ever sent to our servers.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only for:

Delivering your PDF report by email after payment
Account management and authentication
Customer support communications
IQ score calibration (birth year only, never shared externally)

We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or banking details. We only receive confirmation of payment status and a transaction reference.

6. Data Sharing

We share your data only with essential service providers:

Stripe — secure payment processing
Brevo — email delivery for PDF reports
Anthropic (Claude API) — AI report generation — receives only anonymized test scores, no personal identifiers

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

7. Data Retention

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: session management, security (CSRF), language preference, and cookie consent tracking. No advertising or tracking cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies via our cookie banner.
